Pay bill

789 is not working from my phone

 My line is suspended because I didn't pay my bill. Can I please pay. And find out how much it is. I can't make no calls.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums.
 
I hope you have managed to contact our teams regarding the billing, but if not, being suspended shouldn't affect you calling our teams as the 789 number remains available for you to contact them when this happens.
 
You can also try calling 150 from your mobile which allows you to select the Virgin Mobile option on that system and speak to the teams that way or if you have downloaded our Smartcall app you can use this via Wi-Fi even whilst restricted to contact us for free.
 
You can find out about Smartcall if you haven't registered here.  You can still download the app via Wi-Fi whilst restricted to download this.
