I hope you have managed to contact our teams regarding the billing, but if not, being suspended shouldn't affect you calling our teams as the 789 number remains available for you to contact them when this happens.
You can also try calling 150 from your mobile which allows you to select the Virgin Mobile option on that system and speak to the teams that way or if you have downloaded our Smartcall app you can use this via Wi-Fi even whilst restricted to contact us for free.
