Ordered SIM on 14th April and still nothing....

I ordered a £5 per month micro SIM on the 14th April and immediately received three emails from VM confirming the order, asking for email verification, and welcoming me to my account. However, it is now 27th April and I have still not received my SIM card and my online account is still not functioning (I'm still getting the 'Oops, something's gone wrong' message). 


What's happening?  I hope I am not being billed for this time when I've had no SIM and no service.  How much longer will I be kept waiting?  I'm not impressed.....
