Oops, something's gone wrong! Yet Again......

I've been with Virgin Media for years - now got an offer for a mobile - register and went to buy, set up direct debit etc, last screen to "checkout" and "Oops, something's gone wrong!"

Now every time i login via every type of browser possible i always get "Oops, something's gone wrong!" - its driving me nuts, i want to spend my money with you as i have done for 11 years with Media - but Mobile seems to have a totally different life of its own that has bizarely a different website from media!

someone just tell me what i need to do apart from calling and going through 30 mins of press 1, press 2, press 1

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had some issues with using the Mobile site. I want to get this all sorted for you.


On the browser that you're currently using, is it possible for you to clear your cache, browsing history and cookies?


I just want to eliminate this as a potential cause before looking at this from an account point of view.
