I've just moved to Virgin, although technically I suppose I haven't!
I provided my PAC code to virhin on Friday morning and was told my number would port by Monday.
Guess what? It hadn't
On Tuesday I was told it would be moved by Tuesday night.
Waking up on Wednesday and still nothing. No service - no mobile service at all.
I'm self employed and having read what I needed to read chose Friday to port to minimise disruption to my business. As it stands I've lost 2-3 days of service and as a result custom.
Appalling service. I'm expecting to be fobbed off again this morning. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed by Virgin. I couldn't recommend them to anyone.
