Not able to send text

Everytime I try to send a text it won't send and a message comes up saying that it can't send as there are insufficient funds but I have unlimited texts in my contract?

Hi Colmfleming

You need to speak to our team on 789 to get this rectified.

From what it seems is a balance that runs behind the scenes for how we bill ( nothing that affects you )

This normally happens if you have used a very large number of minutes for a long length of time OR if you have sent bulk messages or large quantity

this can be easily fixed by speaking to Tech support Smiley Happy
