I have a mobile account with Virgin that I have had for over a year. They manage to send me my monthly bill without fail. They have messed up my data roaming and cut it after 6 days and then wanted to charge me tore-instate. They have then reset the controls on my site but now do not recognise my email, or phone number or password. I have tried re-registering but am told it is technically not possible. Any one got any ideas?
