When oh when are Virgin going to sort out the problem of customers unable to access there phone account fully. For me Im still unable to access additional numbers registered to my account.
There are many posts on this forum highlighting the same problem, its not as though Virgin are unaware of the situation, so can we stop fobbing customers off and just simply get the problem resolved
