I upgraded to the 4G service which takes effect 17 December, I received my sim card, unlocked it, set everything up and so on - I've kept my original number, everything is working fine.
Except for voicemail.
I've spoken with support on 789, they've reset it, told me to restart phone and try again, I try the setup but after recording my message it says it can't save it and to speak to support. I've now spoken to them 3 times and am no further.
I've tried the *#67# as suggested by support but the box comes up with everything as not being forwarded.
I'm at a loss as to what to do next. I'm on the lookout for a new job so agencies are going to be calling me, I need voicemail!!
