On wednesday I requested a new contract with Virgin mobile, I rec'd an email to say that there was a glitch virgins end and that I would hear from them in 24 hours, I havent heard a thing and it is impossible to get through via live chat. I am unable to call as at work and really want to know if this phone is coming or if I should just get a contract elsewhere.......
If you can't phone them then you are left with two options.
1) Wait for one of the mods to pick up your post
2) Get a phone elsewhere
This problem has been going on four months. One has to ask the question if a company can't get it's revenue generating systems working what happens when you have problems with stuff that does not bring in revenue?
