Moved house my 3 mobiles not working no signal

I have just moved house from CM234AZ to new address NN74JB  and since moving I have been unable to use any of my 3 Virgin mobile Phones two are on monthly contract 1 is pay as you go.

The  only way I can get a signal is to walk 50 Yards up Main Street outside of my house.  I need some advice on how to remedy this problem otherwise I will have to    cancel my contract

If you cancel, you'll probably have to pay for any outstanding time on a minimum term.

Moving house is a bad enough time, but it's not really Virgin's fault. All carriers have their own little blackspots where you can't get a signal. You're suffering more than most because you've put all your eggs in one basket.

One of the things you should perhaps have checked is the mobile coverage when you were viewing the house. The reason for the 14-day cooling-off period on a new contract is to establish within reason that you can get a signal in all the places you most likely need it.
