Mobile travel pass not working and charged for data
I bought a data travel pack on arrival in Switzerland - a country listed on the data pack info - and it doesn't seem to be working. I received the text saying its active but checking status since has suggested I don't have a travel pass.
I phoned virgin and was told the pack was active so have been using data roaming. It now looks like it's not active and I've been charged for the data I've used.
