I ordered a mobile phone on Tuesday last week and still heard nothing. I can't even log in to my mobile because all I get is the "oops there seems to be a problem, try again in a few moments" but it has been like this since last week. Tried chatting online and spent 2 hours trying to just getting all agents are busy. My current mobile sim card has stopped working so I have no way of sending or receiving calls.
Any help to know what is going on would be good thanks.
