Mobile phone order


I ordered a mobile phone on Tuesday last week and still heard nothing. I can't even log in to my mobile because all I get is the "oops there seems to be a problem, try again in a few moments" but it has been like this since last week. Tried chatting online and spent 2 hours trying to just getting all agents are busy. My current mobile sim card has stopped working so I have no way of sending or receiving calls.

Any help to know what is going on would be good thanks.

There seems to be problems on Virgin's ordering system which have been going on some considerable time.  You are not the only one.

A week is a long time even allowing for Easter.

They do not have an email address and web chat seems constantly busy

Assume you rang 789. There is another number you can call from landlines 0345 6000 789

Hopefully one of the Mods will pick this up
