I have an iPhone 3GS but have never been able to access the web except via wifi. Mobile data is switched on on my phone and I have data with my tariff. Is it something to do with my SIM card not being data enabled, or is it my phone?

Like the name although I suddenly feel peckish.
Sorry to hear you're having difficulties using data on your iPhone.
The best way for you to work out if it is the SIM or iPhone itself would be to put your SIM into another phone if possible or use your iPhone with a SIM you know works with data.
If this is not possible I would recommend calling our mobile team on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 so we can take a look at this for you.
