Absolutely fuming asked for broadband over the phone which was sent nothing else , set it up no problems then we started getting charged for a mobile so we queried this with virgin and nothing happened so we have called them 4 times speaking to different people who said we need to cancel it which we have tried to do and now they are sending threating letters for debt collectors which by all means send cause they can have this chip which is still in envelope which if you checked your records has never been switched on or used your absolutely useless and Un helpful we never agreed to this being sent and if you listened to your supposed recorded calls you would tell that the woman who spoke little English sent this with broadband maybe for bonus reasons! If this is not sorted we will be contacting watchdog !!
I'm terribly sorry about this! This isn't something we like to see at all on our side.
The quickest way to get this sorted is to call the Virgin Media team on 150 or 0345 454 1111. They will be able to cancel the payment for the sim as it looks as if this was processed when you ordered the broadband.
