Similar to other reported issues I'm afraid. Currently in Spain near barcleona and not getting any mobile data
- enabled in virgin mobile account settings
- roaming enabled on iphone (6 plus)
- not in flight mode or anything else silly
- bought 250mb travel pass
- rebooted a few times
- voice and text works fine
- no data, can't pick up 3G
My wife's phone picks up Orange 3G (she's on EE with iphone 5) while mine will only pick up Orange.
Not sure what else to try, VM helpline just keeps saying 'the system is busy' and am not half way through holiday with no data (apart from flakey hotel wifi.
Can anyone advise of any additional steps to try, else can VM support confirm that I'll get a travel pass refund on return.
Very annoyingly I get text messages telling me I haven't yet used any of my 250MB allowance !!!!!! Was with Vodafone for years and never had a problem.
Any help would be gratefully received.
