I recently attempted to request a pac code for my sim only contract as I wanted to move that number over to my EE contract. I was then notified this was not possible as I was still in contract and was not intending to cancel my line all in all. I eventually had to update my line and was allocated a new number. Now I would do anything to get my old number back. Will even be willing to pay. Please Virgin Help!!! It has been less than 30days since the number was deactivated I know other networks have no issues retrieving old or deactivated numbers. Please do something to Help!!
