I need my number back!!

I recently attempted to request a pac code for my sim only contract as I wanted to move that number over to my EE contract. I was then notified this was not possible as I was still in contract and was not intending to cancel my line all in all. I eventually had to update my line and was allocated a new number. Now I would do anything to get my old number back. Will even be willing to pay. Please Virgin Help!!! It has been less than 30days since the number was deactivated I know other networks have no issues retrieving old or deactivated numbers. Please do something to Help!!

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear you've lost your original number. I understand how important it is to have the same number these days.

 

If I'm honest, I'm not too sure if this is possible. I'd recommend contacting the team on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone to see if this is possible.

 

I'd be very keen to hear the outcome so please let me know how it all goes.
