I can't register my upgraded phone to view my bills.

I recently upgraded my Virgin mobile from a Blackberry to a smartphone, with a change of number. I am now unable to access my account, either by logging on or re-registering. My bills are higher than I expected, and I want to find out why. How can I access my bills online?

Sorry to hear your having difficulties accessing your account online.


Could you try logging into your account here for me.


I'm not sure why your bills are higher and without being able to see the charges I couldn't give you a specific answer. You mentioned you have upgraded to a smart phone which has the potential to go over your data allowance which can incur some additional charges.

If you are still unable to login and check your bill I would recommend calling our mobile team on 789 or alternatively on 0345 6000 789 so we can take a look at this for you.
