Hey all, wonder if anyone can get me some help.
My brand new phone arrived on the 1st March but sadly it was faulty, called up Virgin who said no problem I just had to send it back and they would issue a replacement.
They told me they would send me a jiffy bag to send it back in and that would be with me in 5 days.
On the 10th March no bag had turned up so I called again, I was assured it was on it;s way but just to be safe they would send another bag and to wait those 5 days again.
It's now the 18th March and still no bag, I really don't fancy another 30 minutes on the phone while someone confusingly tries to sort it out.
Is there really no way of emailing virgin???
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
No email address for Virgin these days, I'm afraid. There is the online chat, but people suggest this is constantly busy.
