How does Virgin Mobile define good Customer Service


On Saturday and Sunday I called virgin mobile 6 times, spoke to at least 10members if staff, live chatted with one, was constantly put on hold for in excess of 10mins, never got called back; was promised delivery of my parcel on Saturday which never happened despite speaking to someone that day and when I finally got to almost sorting out the redelivery the phone line was so bad that I hung up in the anticipation that someone would call me back. I have been made to feel like the errors are my fault despite virgin mobile not honouring my initial request to have the mobile delivered on a date and time which was convenient to me and not because of virgin mobiles error I am expected to do a 32 mile round trip to pick up my phone. Any advice?
