Help plz i need some advice

Ive applied for a new mobile phone Saturday night and I've had a email saying the order number and details of what I've ordered but also it says the order is not compete due to a technical fault also it wont let me view my account online any reason why?

Hi Pwiggy1984,

you are not alone in your order being incompleted due to a technical fault.

Take a look at this thread: technical glitch with new mobile phone order almost 100 posts!

You could try giving Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one.

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can tell you anything about your order and account problem.
