Dropping Calls - BS48 area

Is there a problem with coverage in the BS48 area please?  I've not been able to make a call for the last couple of weeks without being cut off - one phone call took six attempts before I gave up and asked the person to call me on the landline.  It's happening on every call I make now (to people on various different networks so I'm pretty sure it's my network as they have no problem calling or receiving calls from people not on Virgin) and is very frustrating to say the least.  Any help would be greatly appreciated - especially as I've still got 12 months on my contract - the thought of another 12 months of this isn't appealing!  Thanks in advance.  Becky

Sorry to hear your experiencing issues with dropping calls.


I cant see anything listed curently for your postcode or area.


There are a few steps below you could try with your phone.


Turn your phone off and then back on again.


Try removing your phone’s battery, while it’s still switched on


Could you tell me are there any signal bars showing when you are cut off?
