Contacted customer service to say i would be late paying my bill as i had limited funds and needed to visit my infant son who lives abroad. The agent was understanding and said she would make a note of my intention to clear the balance this friday. Now I've been cut off, cannot contact customer services and I'm still not in the country... Such a helpful network, always there when you need them. My son is also not particularly well right now, and can't reach his mother using messenger or other means because she probably has no internet connection and I can't PHUCKING CALL ANYBODY!!!!
