Is Virgin having problems sending out sim cards through second class mail? I ask as my sim card never turned up (I had to phone up navigate through your supports people until someone could finally authorise sending out a replacement sim with Yodel). My wife's card was due by the end of last week, and surprise surprise, never turned up, and I see a few other people on your forums have had exactly the same problem. Out of curiosity, are you actually sending them out, or just getting people to sign up and hope no one notices they don't have their card yet when the first bill goes out?
Would anyone else who hasn't received their second class delivery please feel free to add to this thread (and those that have received one too would be nice).
