Cannot sign into mobile account

I can't sign in even though it's the same password I have used for ages so I tried to reset password wouldn't let me, so I tried the forgot password and email but I put all my details in then press send and it will not send, so what is wrong how can I fix this, I cannot see my bills, I can however sign into my broadband and tv account so I have no idea what's going on.
Please help

Sorry to learn about the inconvenience you're experiencing lately.


I'd recommend clearing the cookies & cache on the device you're using and try to reset the password again and see if you can log in.


If that doesn't work, try a different browser on your device, or a different device if that isn't possible.
