Can't log into phone account.

hi everyone 

I am not sure what has happened to Virgin phones over the past year but the service is terrible and inconsistent.

A few months ago I couldn't pick up my messages whilst abroad as after more than 10 years as a customer they had suddenly decided that I needed a PIN anumber to do so. I set up a pin when I got back to the uk. All was fine for a while, but now when I have a message I don't have to use a pin to retrieve it, how come????

i received an email today telling me my new mobile bill had arrived but for some reason I am unable to log into my account. I then tried to change my password but with no luck.

Is anybody else having these problems or is it just me?

I'm really sorry that you've had some issues with us over the past year. I want to help as much as I can.

 

With regards to the pin, I'd advise to give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 so our team can double check this. This will be the quickest way to get to the bottom of that issue.

 

Can you let me know the last time you tried to log in to your online account?
