I am not sure what has happened to Virgin phones over the past year but the service is terrible and inconsistent.
A few months ago I couldn't pick up my messages whilst abroad as after more than 10 years as a customer they had suddenly decided that I needed a PIN anumber to do so. I set up a pin when I got back to the uk. All was fine for a while, but now when I have a message I don't have to use a pin to retrieve it, how come????
i received an email today telling me my new mobile bill had arrived but for some reason I am unable to log into my account. I then tried to change my password but with no luck.
Is anybody else having these problems or is it just me?
