hi, I'm pretty sure I registered for this service sometime ago but every time I try lately I can't access anything that links to me. The online system just doesn't seem to recognise me. I've tried doing the forgotten password/email to no avail. Had a frustrating web chat with Virgin media who couldn't help either. The awkward part is that the phone and phone number is my daughters so I can't ring from that. I just pay and hold the account!
can anyone advise please?
I'm using an Apple iPad if that could be an issue at all?
