I previously had a contract with Virgin Mobile but have now moved. I am still being charged line rental post the day my number had transferred to the new network.
When i was decided to move network providers, I called Virgin Mobile and asked when will be the last day i get billed. The customer service representative said that I would stopped getting billed on the day my number is moved. I moved on the 15th December but have still got billed until the 15th January.
What is the notice period I need to give on a 30 day contract?
