30 Day Contract with Virgin Mobile


I previously had a contract with Virgin Mobile but have now moved. I am still being charged line rental post the day my number had transferred to the new network. 

When i was decided to move network providers, I called Virgin Mobile and asked when will be the last day i get billed. The customer service representative said that I would stopped getting billed on the day my number is moved. I moved on the 15th December but have still got billed until the 15th January.

What is the notice period I need to give on a 30 day contract?

Hi gunnersaurus,

you would need to have given 30 days notice.

You don't mention how much you gave. Could this be the reason for you being charged past your transfer date?
