Recently I,telephoned your customer service department regarding the above mobile number. My son would like to,upgrade ASAP and I was told he could have a early upgrade but not until December 25. Is there any chance he could upgrade possibly a week earlier so he can have his new phone by Christmas day? It would make a 16 year old very happy. He is interested in the new I phone if possible? When the end of my minimum term arrived about 2½ years ago, I was able to get a replacement handset about a month early. I remained on my old tariff for the last payment, then the new one started for 24 months.
