Recently I,telephoned your customer service department regarding the above mobile number. My son would like to,upgrade ASAP and I was told he could have a early upgrade but not until December 25. Is there any chance he could upgrade possibly a week earlier so he can have his new phone by Christmas day? It would make a 16 year old very happy. He is interested in the new I phone if possible? Please can you let me know as soon as you can. Thank you.

When the end of my minimum term arrived about 2½ years ago, I was able to get a replacement handset about a month early. I remained on my old tariff for the last payment, then the new one started for 24 months.

With regards to upgrades, you would need to pay an early upgrade fee which would potentially involve paying the last month of your contract.
