I'm sorry to read that you've feel this way about the pricing of the packages, we try to keep costs low whilst remaining competitive.
I can see that you've asked for an email address for Customer Complaints, I'm afraid there isn't one but I can see that you've emailed CE instead. They should be able to pick this up and if you could wait a day or two, they'll be right with you.
