tv guide not updating

Had a problem a few days ago with the tv guide not updating.  Yesterday morning seems to have been fixed.  This morning there are some channels that don't seem to have be fully updated.  checked the Service status page.  Yes there seems to be a nationwide problem, but the fix date and time shows 22 Aug at 10PM.  How does that work when today is 24 Aug.  Have they just not updated the Service Status page?

there were 2 references to what you're still seeing, 1 has been cleared but I guess what's left is a duplicate as the wording was near, if not 100%, identical.

all seems OK on my TiVo but I only checked the obviously suffering channels - what channels are you still seeing to be announced?

I would like to help with the TV guide and I would like to ask if you can try this method:-


  1. Press Home on your TiVo remote
  2. Select Help & Settings.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Select Network.
  5. Finally, Connect to the Virgin Media Service now
