I understand it has been a long time since this thread has started but i can't find a fix anywhere, i have tried turning my TiVo box on and off multiple times but to no avail. I had left this to update over night and 8 hours after nothing had changed.
I have the bar fill up then almost refresh as it goes back to the beginning. Nothing changes.
Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently. I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look and I can see we've recently been out to do some work.
