I'm sorry that the TiVo is being a bit slow lately, I know that it's never the best when this happens. I would like to help and so far I've been able to look into the TiVo, it's responding well to my tests which is good news.
I was able to see that the Hard drive signal levels and general health checks are coming back as normal. Since your last message to us have you rebooted and tested the TiVo's response since then?
