problems with netflix

I watch 20 min of a film and then it will not go past 25% and then I go back to normal tv and a error comes up no Internet for the TV !!!!! What's that all about ????? 😠

Hi there monsterman1, 

I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with watching Netflix though your TiVo®. 

There is a known issue with some customers getting this fault, the reference for this is NKE7339, unfortunately we don't have a fix date for this at the moment, however our technicians are working with Netflix to get a resolution.

I've tried to run some tests on your TiVo® to see if there are any underlying issues that may contribute to this, however it appears as if your TiVo® is currently powered off. Could you please power it back on and let me know - please leave it powered on until myself, or one of my colleagues come back to you (leaving it in standby is fine).
