We have a problem with pixelation and stuttering when watching live or when recorded. We had an engineer out for a different issue a few weeks ago who said we needed an engineer out to resolve it he couldn't as he was out of time on the job and he advised to see if it continued to be an issue and if it was call and arrange an engineer after 7 days. Yesterday was the first time we had the chance to do so. My wife spent 50 minutes trying to speak to a human being when she actually managed to do so she was told there was nothing wrong a they would send a "signal boost". We still have the same intermittent issue of pixelation.
I'm sorry to hear the fault hasn't been resolved. I'd like to help get this checked out for you.
I have carried out some checks remotely with the box and all looks fine signal wise. I can't detect any network issues present. I would like to arrange for a fault engineer to call round and fix this for you.
