Unable to watch iPlayer as it is constantly stopping and buffering. I was under the impression that this should not be a problem via the Tivo box as it had a dedicated connection and yet using my iPad over wifi is much faster and reliable. Any ideas if this is a common problem or if there is a solution being looked into?
Thank you for your message, I am very sorry to read that the iPlayer has been buffering whilst in use. I have been able to test the TV services and they are testing well, which is good news.
Whilst testing I was able to see that there is an ongoing issues of some over demand in the area. This will be attributing to your buffering as mentioned in your post. Once this has been resolved, any slowness experienced you have experience with cease.
