complaint-new customer

Why is it so hard to put a complaint in. Customer services wouldnt help a new customer and would prefer me to cancel than help.  I have just received my contract at same day i received a new customer offer better than what i was offered and they wouldnt budge to help. I was promised 2 boxes when i signed up but want to charge me rather than honour what i was promised in my local virgin shop

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 


I'm really sorry to hear you are having trouble negotiating a new deal. Once the account is put in motion it's a lot harder to change things things. You're better off cancelling and restarting again.
