We have a C133 error showing up, no on demand or catch up. We were having an internet problem but it's been resolved. When I go to test connect it says the network cable is unplugged but I don't think it is.

I'm very sorry to see that you've encountered the C133 error on the TV there, I've had a look into the TiVo and my tests have come back with some issues that would certainly result in what you have.
Whilst looking into this I've also encountered a potential issue on the Internet you may be having in the home. To remedy both, I'd like to arrange an engineer out for you.
