I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing buffering on YouTube. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
I have carried out some checks and there are 2 things contributing to this fault.
1. There is some high demand on the network you are connected to. This will cause buffering on YouTube, BBC iPlayer and Netflix. This will mainly happen at peak times. At the present the high demand levels aren't too high but our network teams are monitoring this.
2. There is a detectable signal fault that we can resolve with an engineer visit. I will send you a private message with details of the next steps.
