Hi, The new YouTube app constantly buffers and cuts out. I have 50mb bandwidth and only one device at a time using it as I live on my own so I don't think it's the internet connection. Is this a known issue?
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing YouTube cut outs. I'll be happy to help check this out for you.
Firstly I would like to clarify one thing, is the YouTube App you are using via the TiVo® box? If so, our TiVo® box has a dedicated modem that is separate from the Broadband service.
If it is the case you are using YouTube via the TiVo® box, then there is a known issue with this at present that we are already aware of and our faults teams are working to resolve this. Check out our pinned post here.
If it's the case you are using YouTube via another device whilst connected to your Broadband, then the best thing to do is post here: Broadband Support and our team can help you there.
