Any time I go to use you tube it stutters then freezes, then eventually disconnects, sometimes with the box rebooting. The box has rebooted twice this week. I did unplug the box for a day before switching it back on which made no difference at all. Also when watching some things on demand the programme suddenly stops before the end, meaning I don't see the end of what I am watching, grrr. No point in me even trying to use vevo any more.
If the box is rebooting itself then we'll need a technician to take a look at it for you. I've also run diagnostics on the box and I can see an issue with the upstream signal levels. This is likely what's causing the apps to freeze and buffer.
