Why have I got a code C133

While watching a programme on an app twice we have had a code C133. We carried out checks but the results were inconclusive.

Anything like this requires you to phone in and see what's going on 

 

assuming you've checked the VM website for problems in your area first.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community for the first time Smiley Happy

 

Apologies on receiving the C133 error when watching some shows. I've been able to look into the box in the home and can see no issues outright currently and certainly no outages in the area that may be affecting you Smiley Happy

 

Would you mind telling me what show/s you've been trying to watch and also if you have any additional boxes in the home?
