What has happened to Catch Up?!

Whilst in the midst of catching up the programme freezes becomes unavailable, ever since the Catch Up and On Demand feature have been greyed out.

Hi Lulla,

 

Thank you for coming back to the Community and posting about the Catch Up, I'm sorry that this has been happening to you.

 

I have been able to test the TiVo and I whilst your signal levels are looking quite healthy, I was able to see some considerable T3 timeouts on the TiVo which can cause an array of issues if left untreated.

 

I would like to get someone out to look at this for you as there are no known outages in the area that may be linked to your address. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
