Want to leave after just a week!!!

Been a Virgin Media customer for 1 week. During this one week i have never had access to on demand. All i get is unavailable error code 319.

Why did I leave Sky?? At the minute I cannot answer this question. Can anyone please help me find a resolution?

It is a known problem that has been rumbling on for months and has a fault code that has an expected update date of Monday.
Warning though this date just keeps moving with no resolution.
At least before they were up front with it and you could see it in your system status but now it is just hidden unless you mention it on here.

Welcome to the Community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your On Demand service at the moment.


Error 319 is a general error code so appear in a few different situations, for that reason I've located your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end for you.


We're not detecting any individual errors with your set top box at the moment. Are you experiencing issues with all On Demand content or are there specific programs you've been trying to watch since getting your service installed? We are aware of a few different issues in which this error code will appear, depending on what you've tried to watch so far.
