W02 error message

Hi just got a new TiVo box a couple of weeks ago and keep getting w02 error message about 4 times a day and have to restart my TiVo box any help would be appreciated as I hate ringing up as I am handicapped and sometimes I can't understand them

I am sorry to read that you have experienced some interruptions on the TV services in the home. After having a look at the connection and running some tests, it's clear to see that there are some issues that would need to be looked at and adjusted by and engineer. Your box is showing in an inactive state.
