I'm sorry to hear that you have got lines disrupting the picture of your channels. I am happy to help check this out with you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks fine from here with the signal. This may possibly be relating to the lead connecting the box to your TV set, it will either be loose or faulty. Can you please check that the lead is plugged in securely and also try a different one to rule out it's a faulty lead?
Also, if you have a DVD player or other device connected to the TV set, does the same happen there? If it does, then this will point to the TV set producing the lines on the screen. If it only happens when you watch the TiVo® service it will most likely point to a loose or faulty lead.
