I recently moved to Virgin and have 2 Tivo boxes. The performance of one is fine, however, the second box is painfully slow to access Netflix - it appears to improve after re-booting the machine, but this appears to be necessary every couple of days. It is in fact far quicker to access Netflix via an iPad using the broadband. I really don't think that this is acceptable.

I am sorry that you have experienced some issues on the TiVo.
I've been able to check up on the TiVos itself and I can see that the boxes aren't responding as I'd liked. This would indicate a fault and would need to be seen by an engineer. If you can have a little look inside your Inbox, you'll see I've sent you a Private Message. You can find this at the top right of the page, purple envelope.
