Over the past 2 weeks I am having to switch the Tivo box off several times during the day as the menu keeps freezing and no programme info appears in the top left., also when selecting Info whilst browsing the tv guide the info will not show so another switch off.The guide is struggling to move up and down throughout which prompts yet another reboot.I have also noticed the box is getting rather hot to the touch. Can this be checked out. Driving me nuts.
I'm sorry to hear that you have to reboot the TiVo® frequently to get it working for you. This is not good to hear.
I will be happy to help check this out for you, I have already had a look at the TiVo® remotely and whilst all signal levels are fine currently I would like to arrange for an engineer to check the box out given you have mentioned it may be over heating.
