Tivo service problems

How much longer have we got to put up with paying for a the Tivo service before Virgin admit that they have serious problems with supplying a permanent good service. One again my wife wanted to watch a program on Catch Up only to find the service is unable to play. I'm no technical wizard but it's obvious the old TiVo boxes are not capable of running the new software upgrade. I think it now becoming a trading standards issue!!

Also spent an hour hanging on 150 to get an answer, but message states VIRGIN ARE VERY BUSY I'm not surprised about that!!

I'm very sorry for the continued problems you're experiencing with your TiVo service.


I've run some tests on your box from our end and we're not detecting any immediate errors at the moment, I hope that means that the Catch Up / On Demand service is working as it should at the moment?
