Tivo not recording, no OD etc

Hi, new to the forums - been a VM customer for 2 years at my current address, and last week my Tivo box decided to stop recording programmes, it now displays a message at the top with 'Account information: You have recently had an issue on your account.' and advising me to ring 150 - is there anything I can do this end to try and fix it?

Ring in as suggested. There're appears to be an issue on your account presumably to do with non payment. Although it may very well be a mistake the only way to resolve it is to ring.
