Hi, new to the forums - been a VM customer for 2 years at my current address, and last week my Tivo box decided to stop recording programmes, it now displays a message at the top with 'Account information: You have recently had an issue on your account.' and advising me to ring 150 - is there anything I can do this end to try and fix it?
I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your TiVo box lately, did you manage to give the team a call to take a look at this?
