I've had my Tivo for about 3 weeks and all had been fine until a few days ago.
Now there are a number of symptoms that I guess are related:
- Going to the Guide, the listing won't show
- Can't use Catchup or OnDemand
So I guess the Tivo isn't picking up the broadband connection even though there is a cable connecting to my router.
Have switched off the power at the wall and left for a minute, but issue persists on restart.
Had this myself this weekend. I too rebooted to no avail. Try logging on to my virgin media and see if there are any faults in your area. There's Also an option to restart your box if they find a problem. It sorted mine out so worth a go.

I'm sorry to read that you've been having a few glitches on the TiVo, I've had a little look into this and whist running my tests, I've not been able to see anything outright.
Can you please tell me if this is still ongoing as I can see both services operating as designed.
